These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://prosupporthr.ca) and the HRGenie Shop (“Platform”), which includes access to HR templates, services, and related content. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using our website, browsing our pages, purchasing a product, or downloading any material, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

3. HRGenie Shop – Product Terms

a. Template Usage

All HR templates and documents available for purchase through HRGenie are licensed for use by the purchasing business or individual only. Redistribution, resale, or publication of any template without prior written consent is strictly prohibited

b. Compliance and Limitations

While templates are designed in accordance with Ontario employment laws and best practices, they are not a substitute for legal advice. You are solely responsible for adapting templates to your business and for compliance with local, provincial, and federal laws.

c. Downloads and Access

Each purchase includes access to the template for download up to 2 times within 30 days. It is your responsibility to download and store your file within that window.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, documents, and resources on the site are the exclusive property of ProSupport HR Partners unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, modification, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

  1. Payments & Refunds

All purchases made through the HRGenie Shop are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a document has been downloaded. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchase.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at contact@prosupporthr.ca within 7 days of purchase.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSupport HR Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or HRGenie materials. We do not guarantee legal compliance of any document or template.

  1. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
