- Digital Products – No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a template, document, or resource has been purchased and accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to the downloadable materials. As such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the download link has been provided, whether or not you choose to download the file.
- Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, please contact us at contact@prosupporthr.ca within 7 days of your purchase. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Download Issues
If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchased files, please contact us immediately at contact@prosupporthr.ca. We are happy to assist you and ensure that you receive the files you purchased.
Please note: you are allowed up to 2 download attempts per product within 30 days of purchase. After this period or after exhausting the two download attempts, access to the files will expire.
- Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe each product offered through the HRGenie Shop. It is your responsibility to read the product descriptions carefully before purchase.

- Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Proven technical error resulting in incomplete or inaccessible product delivery.
